Has anyone been watching America’s Got Talent? I know I am not a grandmother, but I watched and thankfully it was the train wreck that I expected. And of course, I will be watching again next week.
David Hasselhoff is still totally nuts. His permagrin is truly frightening. However, he is not the strangest part of the show and no, I am not currently drunk, crawling on the floor and eating a hamburger. Keep in mind there has only been one episode, but Jerry Springer’s involvement in the show is mind-boggling. It is painfully clear that Springer told producers that he would only return as emcee if he were more involved in the show. So…thank you Hollywood…at random times during each performance the camera cuts to Jerry, who enlightens us by stating the obvious. Example: when the audience stands during a performance they cut to Jerry and he says,”they are standing, the audience is standing.” Or when an insurance salesman sings opera he chimes in with “he is phenomenal!” The whole things is pretty awesome.
Now this clip has nothing to do with Jerry, but this kid is pretty cute.
